EVENT BOOKING AGREEMENT

MJB Crystal Lite Guam

• Please review our full Event Agreement before submitting your booking request.

• All booking requests are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed after we receive your completed, signed agreement and required non-refundable deposit. Your selected package, approved design, services, and total price will be documented in your agreement.

• The booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 14 business days before the event do not require payment of the remaining balance. For cancellations made fewer than 14 business days before the event, the remaining balance is still due.

• Design and production details should be finalized 30 days before the event. Later changes depend on availability and may cost extra. Inspiration photos guide the overall design; exact duplication is not guaranteed. Reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary.

• Customers must arrange venue access for setup and breakdown. Additional labor caused by access delays or venue limitations may incur extra fees. Décor remains the property of MJB Crystal Lite Guam unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for damaged, lost, or removed items.

• If Guam enters COR2 or a similar safety advisory affects services, we will arrange a mutually agreed rescheduled date. Payments will apply toward that date within 12 months, subject to availability.

• Submitting an online request does not by itself reserve your event date. Please read the full agreement for all terms.
