Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
- Custom orders cannot be changed once payment is made.
Turnaround Time
Standard creation time: 7-15 business days depending on order size.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
- Large event décor orders require at least 2–3 weeks notice.

Pick-up location: Barragda, Guam
Cancellations & Refunds
- No cancellations or refunds once materials have been purchased or production has started.
- Refunds are only offered if MJB Crystal Lite Guam is unable to complete the order.
- Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.
Damages & Responsibility
- Once items are picked up or delivered, the customer is responsible for the condition of the item.
- We are not liable for damages caused by weather, heat, transportation, or mishandling after pick-up.

Shipping Availability
We ship to all U.S. states, U.S. territories, and international destinations.
Packaging
- All items are packed securely using bubble wrap, reinforced boxes, and protective materials.
- Customized décor items may require oversized packaging, which may increase cost.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer and must be settled before items are sent out.
- A final shipping quote will be provided after weighing and measuring the completed items.
Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer once the item is shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- MJB Crystal Lite Guam is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the courier.
- Once the package is handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
- For damaged or lost packages, customers may file a claim directly with the courier using the tracking number.
No Returns for Shipped Items
Due to the nature of custom-made and fragile items, all shipped orders are final sale and non-refundable.
