Cancellations & Refunds
- No cancellations or refunds once materials have been purchased or production has started.
- Refunds are only offered if MJB Crystal Lite Guam is unable to complete the order.

- We ship to all U.S. states, U.S. territories, and international destinations.
- Shipping cost varies based on weight, size, and destination.
Packaging
- All items are packed securely using bubble wrap, reinforced boxes, and protective materials.
- Customized décor items may require oversized packaging, which may increase cost.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer and must be settled before items are sent out.
- A final shipping quote will be provided after weighing and measuring the completed items.
Processing & Shipping Time
Order processing time: 7-15 business days (depending on customization).

Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer once the item is shipped.
Customs & Duties (International Only)

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
MJB Crystal Lite Guam is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the courier.
Once the package is handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
For damaged or lost packages, customers may file a claim directly with the courier using the tracking number.

Due to the nature of custom-made and fragile items, all shipped orders are final sale and non-refundable.
