SHIPPING INFORMATION
Banners are shipped folded in protective packaging. Folding creases may be visible upon arrival.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep dry. Do not wash or soak. Roll around a tube for several days to help reduce folding creases.
If needed, the supplier recommends low heat on the reverse side. Test a small area first and avoid direct heat on the printed design. Store rolled in a clean, dry place.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required before custom production begins. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and Zelle.
For bank transfer or Zelle payments, include your order number and send a payment screenshot. Payment is confirmed once funds have been received and verified.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Customized banners are final sale, with no returns or refunds for a change of mind. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production error, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
